Hope has joined Gusto as a Graduate Research Executive after completing her BA Economics and Social Studies degree at the University of Manchester. Her degree comprised of a range of subject areas, such as political theory, economic policy, international politics, and micro and macroeconomics. She focused her dissertation on population control policies, combining primary and secondary research with political theory, and achieved a First Class Honours.
Having undertaken research as part of her degree, combined with her experience of consumer-focused jobs throughout her studies, Hope has developed an interest in consumer behaviour and how this has an impact on customer experience and product development.
Joining Gusto at the start of her career, Hope will continue to develop her skills and learn from an established and experienced team of researchers.
