Jo has over 25 years of qualitative research experience gained in research, design and communications agencies.
Her greatest strength lies in uncovering the thoughts of consumers and understanding their perceptions and behaviours. She has a great skill of putting respondents at ease and unearthing the insights which can prove invaluable to a client project.
She has extensive financial research experience notably in product and literature testing – always with an eye on FCA consumer duty guidelines. And is very skilled at bringing research findings to life via engaging presentations.
In addition to financial services experience Jo has vast expertise in shopper, FMCG and advertising research.
